Karmen is a graduate of Loma Linda University and has been providing physical therapy in the Ventura County for over 20 years specializing in orthopedic, sports, and industrial injury rehabilitation.

Kelly Marsh, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Kelly Marsh graduated with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Loma Linda University in 2016. Kelly has been a part of the Williams Physical Therapy team since 2012, beginning as an aide before pursuing her career as a licensed PTA. Kelly has completed clinical internships in sports medicine, skilled nursing, and acute spine/neurology settings. She has experience in treating an array of orthopedic conditions through manual therapy and functional exercise specific to her patients needs. Kelly has a passion for helping to improve the overall quality of life for her patients.

Kelly was born and raised in Ventura, loves basketball, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

Robin Horton
Front Office Manager

Robin has been a part of the Williams Physical Therapy team since 2013 and has 20 plus years of experience in Orthopedic front and back office as well as Surgical. Robin is well versed in most Private and Workers Compensation Insurances. She is happy to help with any Insurance needs.

Robin is married and has 2 kids. She enjoys cooking and baking, and spending time with her family.

Genna Williams

Genna Williams has been with WPT for almost two years as our medical records assistant. She is a 2017 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Buena High School and is attending Boise State University this coming Fall, majoring in Kinesiology. She hopes to achieve her doctorate in PT with an emphasis on athletic training. Genna will continue working for the company on her breaks from school.
